“I have a deep understanding of what these kids are experiencing because I still remember the hurt I felt as a child when my parents divorced. I praise the Lord for helping me because now I can help these kids.” NC
The leadership team for DivorceCare for Kids consists of people who share a genuine concern about the way divorce is affecting your children now and in the future.
Many DC4K leaders have been through the divorce of their own parents or have experienced a divorce themselves and are examples of the healing and restoration that can occur. They understand the issues surrounding a divorce and want to help your children.
DC4K leaders have an excitement for the DC4K program and have participated in leadership training.
Leadership training
DC4K leaders have access to complete training resources via a Leader's Guide and Leader Equipping video. Each leader is provided with step-by-step lesson plans.
All-day regional training sessions taught by national trainers provide further, in-depth instruction. A moderated DC4K leadership forum allows leaders continual online training and the opportunity to share innovative ideas and tips with each other.
